Would a groomer give me a pill to make her sleepy so I could mow her?I don't want to knock her out, just loopy enough to lay still for about ten minutes. I would suck it up and pay the ish to get her professionally groomed.
Another advantage of sedation is that the nurse can check the cats ears, teeth, anal glands & nails or any other concerns the owner may have, for example a lump or weepy eyes.
Most vets will work with you if you don't wish to vaccinate and you can even get house call vets if you don't want to transport your cat anywhere.
But that annual check up is quite important and I'd recommend you get it done.
Extras *If your dog provides a challenge on the grooming table, please be advised this may incur an extra charge due to the amount of time taken to complete grooming.
All care will be taken to make your dog as relaxed and comfortable as possible.Sedation allows the nurse to do a thorough groom which involves brushing out knots & usually shaving or clipping at least the under belly area .
